This afternoon we are celebrating a birthday. I usually just make vegan cupcakes but since I don't have the cookbook right now (it is the library's after all) I tried something else. These are from the latest issue of Everyday Food and they are vanilla cupcakes with fruit glaze. The secret ingredient? White beans. I did try one already sans glaze and must say that are pretty tasty.

I know I'm real late on this one but my friend made me CD for Christmas with this song. So danceable and really puts me in a good mood. I hope it works for you too!
