old photos

Brent's mom is in the hospital and with that a few of us have been organizing and going through some of her old items, photos included.  I'm the self-designated scanner, filer and sometime keeper of the family photographs.  I'm finding a unique sense of perspective on my husband's family when going through their old family photos.  I can see certain family dynamics and burgeoning personalities.  I'm appreciating his mom, dad and siblings all the more when I look at their sweetness in childhood.
