Yesterday morning I started back to work.  Granted it's just back to job #1 so I don't have a commute to contend with yet but I was really getting used to the lazy holiday pace.  The weatherman says it's supposed to rain solid until Sunday.  Gray, gray, gray - that's the colour of Van City this time of year.  Blech.  This is from our bedroom.  I sure wish that house across the street was sunshine yellow!

This month I plan on trying a few of these tasty looking "veganish" recipes from the NY Times but right now it's just that slow January feeling with not much happening except for Robbie Burns Day at the end of the month (not the most exciting holiday and we don't even get the day off work!)

 Keep on keeping on.
